ROSICLARE - A Rosiclare man was arrested Monday afternoon after thousands of pills were taken from Hardin County Pharmacy earlier in the day.

Loren Impastato, 28, was arrested Monday afternoon in Okawville after a tip led police to a residence there.

Hardin County authorities recovered a large quantity of pills from the residence, including 3,500 Hydrocodone pills and 1,500 pills of various other types, the same type of pills stolen from the pharmacy, according to a news release from the Hardin County Sheriff's Department.

Police believe entry was gained into the pharmacy Monday morning through a drive-through window access.
