MURPHYSBORO - An all terrain vehicle driver was arrested just before 2 a.m. Thursday after police received multiple complaints of ATVs being operated in the area, police said.

Dusty D. Barnes, 20, of Royalton is charged with improper operation of an ATV on streets, roads and highways and driving with a suspended license. Police stopped Barnes in the 500 block of N. 15th Street and placed him under arrest, according to the police report.

Barnes posted bond and was released from Jackson County Jail with a court date, police said.
